ORDERING INFORMATION
Shipping
All shipping within the U.S. is free of charge. We typically ship all packages 2nd Day Air. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
For international clients, we ship via DHL and additional charges may apply.
Timing
All Primavera Design Jewelry pieces are handcrafted. As such, they may take as long as 4-6 weeks to create. Orders with granulation typically take more time to create than orders without granulation. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.
Returns
All non-custom orders may be returned within 10 days from the day your package is delivered. You may chose to receive store credit, valid for one year, or exchange your purchase for another item. We do not offer refunds. Items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage on a return shipment, so we recommend you insure all items for their full value. If you have any questions about this, please give us a call or send us an email.
Custom orders are FINAL sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
